I felt very welcome. Since this was my first visit at Your hotel, I was happy to feel like a regular customer. ... Great hotel! Excellent location. Beautifully renovated. Very helpful and polite staff. Felt like a 'home away from home' I will choose this hotel next time I'm coming to Vienna.
