The staff were efficient, friendly and spoke excellent English.

Thje pension was all we had hoped for-and more!It was comfortable, and in a wonderful old building. Its position was perfect-near the main centre of the old town, but in a quiet street.

A piece of Old Vienna! The entrance and the lift, were reminiscent of an old film-very atmospheric!It was a real experience to stay in such a lovely,genuine place.It was perfect for feeling that you were part of Viennese life during your stay.

The receptionist was polite and explained where the room is, how to use the key, and what time breakfast was. I felt comfortable in asking him any other questions.

The internet access was not working during my stay, though if it was, it would have been extremely convenient. The room was quite a bit larger than I had expected. Noise was not a problem.

The staff was professional and allowed any of the guests to keep their luggage in the reception area if leaving the city at a later time.

Excellent location! Just a 1 minute walk to St. Stephen's Square and just a 5 minute walk to the Opera House.

Perfect location, nice staff, decent breakfast, good size room with private bath (or you can have a shared bath for less price). A bit expensive for my typical stay, but expected when compared to other hotels in that same area.
