Great location a few minutes from the Stephansdom, Graben and Kartnerstrasse. Decent breakfast. The room was very nice and the bathtub was a huge plus.

It's right next door to a restaurant, which is convenient. It's slightly closer to the Schwedensplatz U-bahn station than to the Stephansplatz (but both are very close).

A great location in the heart of the sightseeing center of Wien, just a few minutes walking from the Stephansdom, Graben and Kartnerstrasse. Clean, spacious hotel rooms with very nice bathrooms.

Good location i the center of Vienna. Nice and clean, but rather small room. A good breakfasat buffé. Very helpfull personal.

Front rooms were a little noisy from the eatery next door but i brought earplugs so it was fine

We very much enjoyed Hotel Karntnerhof and the location was wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was very nice to us and very helpful. They arranged a day trip for us to Prague and a day trip to Budapest.

Room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast provided was very good. They even provided breakfast for us on two days that we needed to be on the road early.

Not sure if on web site, but there was free internet access plus a machine available for use, as well as Wireless connection (free) for own machine

Good friendly local hotel, run by local people and used mainly by Austrians. Very handy to center of city, in quiet location.

My cousin who arrived earlier than I told me she thought the welcome was indeed very friendly. I came later and met some difficulties being understood. (English)

The advertised parking (offered on internet) is limited to 9pm only - it was not stated anywhere so we came 9:05pm and were told by receptionist that parking is already closed and we need to find some parking on the streets around ourselves. Very inconvenient in the city centre of Vienna.

One of our rooms was too small - on the level of student room, old equipment in the rooms and noicy hallways. Bathrooms are excellent in comparison with the rest of equipment (newly refurbished).

Older hotel with older equipment, but bathrooms clean and newly refurbished. Right in the heart of the town, reasonable price for Vienna centre. Breakfast ok, staff nice.
