Perfect location, very good service, great breakfast, and very clean room.

We were promised transfer to the airport for 30 Euro by the hotel staff. We requested the transfer two days in advanced but taxi did not arrive. So the taxi which hotel arranged by the way very fast cost a lot more than it was promised by the staff. Also we did not receive the wake up call that we ordered the day before we had to leave. Everything else was really great.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

There are no screens on the windows so a pigeon flew into our room. Otherwise, the room was perfect. It has a large bathroom. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee. The service was good. There is an internet connection at the hotel for free.
Thank you for the accommodation. We would stay here again because of the location,
the price, and service. the Bambergs

The bathrooms are too small and the bathtub is really small, if you try to scrub your back, your nose touches the wall.
Whereas the hotel opposite is cheaper and has a huge bathtub the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel as a good value for a stay in Vienna. It is near the subway, clean, safe and moderately priced.

the entrance to from the street did not give a neat appearance
...
the management were very accommodating in allowing for a late checkout at reasonable cost
...
very centrally located with easy access to transport and within walking distance to the museum qtr and casual walking distance to the city centre
