Very spacious and clean. A wonderful location. Friendly staff.
One problem. They keep refering to me as Dr. Murphy. Even though I am not a Dr. or deserve such a title, I am flattered.

we arrived very early in the morning so the room wasn't ready but the staff were very helpful. there was no problem as we could still check in and leave the bags.

The apartment did not have as many knives and
forks and plates as needed. No dish-rag.

This is a large one-room apartment
(bachelor)with a king-size bed and living
room area. The decor and furniture is fairly
new and modern - it could be right out of an
Ikea catalogue. It was air-conditioned, which
is good in a humid city such as Vienna. The
kitchenette had most (but not all) things
that you need to cook a meal. WiFi was
available and reasonably priced. I thought
that the apartment was great value. I would
stay there again.

Generally the apartment was exactly what we were looking for and very nice. My only critisicm is that the apartment smelt of smoke and that even with the windows wide open for the whole weekend (in January!) the smell did not go. Even the pillows and bed linen smelt, which made them quite unpleasant to sleep in. It should be specified at booking if the rooms are for smoking or not.

We requested a late check out and the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite about it.

The bed was not a 'King' size bed as promised...it was two double beds pushed together.
