This hotel is wonderful. The service was superb, the location ideal and the rooms are wonderful and extremely large. They really are like apartments with beautiful furnishings. We truly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a top-notch experience in Venice.

As the last time we stayed there, Stefano greeted us.

We have stayed at this hotel twice; each time we have enjoyed our stay. The staff headed by Stefano is great. We have recommended the Torre to our friends and our travel agent.

The best accomidations and location with a friendly and competient staff in Venice. We have recommended the Torre to any of our friends visiting Venice and have had our travel agent( Dee Nolting ) at Carlson Wagonlit recommend the Torre to her clients.

We were very impressed with the Junior Suite Room. Ideal location (around the corner from Torre dell'Orologio which is still being restored). Directions are a little unclear on website, we needed to ask directions from a local shop-keeper who was very helpful. Basically walk pass San Marco Basilica, under the clock-tower and take the first left. All Suites is at the end of that street.

Very enjoyable stay. We recommend this hotel to everyone if the price is within your budget. Provisions were replenished each day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were able to secure the property at a discounted rate (approx 50% off advertised rate). We probably would not stay here if we had to pay the full rate.

Beautiful suite with fantastic facilities. Very close to San Marco square. The staff were very helpful. The suite was serviced each day. The breakfast provisions are adequate but we tended to prefer fresh pastries and brewed coffee from the local cafes.

Our arrival time to Venice was during the height of San Marco's square activity. Because of the large crowds and the fact we were dragging our luggage, we found it confusing to find the hotel. Basically, we kept walking past the side 'road' that lead to the reception area.

We spent two weeks in Italy. The All Suites Torre dell'Orologio was by far the nicest and most relaxing of the accommodations we utilized. The suite was spacious and nicely furnished. Our thanks to All Suites and their cooperative/friendly staff for making our Venice experience even more relaxing with an 'at home' feel.

The room was absolutely acommodating and very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. I was especially impressed with the hard wood floors and decor. We didn't want to leave.

We did encounter a little problem the first night....we did not have hot water for some reason but the next morning we had someone come by our room to take care of problem. Upon check out I did mention problem to supervisor and he took 10% off the first night.

kitchen equipment practically non-existent e.g. 1 bowl and glass in apartment between 4 of us. Also no coffee pot or kettle. Receptionist unhelpful; eventually cleaning staff helped us but only with plastic toothmugs and still no way to make coffee.. we expected bread to be included in breakfast, but only preppackaged items available.

This was the cleanest and most spacious hotel we've ever seen in Europe. The suite was better than we expected (gorgeous!) based on the website, was incredibly clean, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with directions, amazing restaurants, arranging taxis and gondolas etc.

We had trouble finding the hotel after the water taxi dropped us off. The directions that the driver of the water taxi gave us were not terribly clear.

We didn't have any problem with fixing our own breakfast, but some people might prefer a buffet. It was totally clear to us, but not everyone might read it as such.

The water taxi stopped at a different location to that stated and finding the accomodation was a little tricky.

The apartment was excellent. All modern conveniences where available (except internet point). Furnishings where extremely comfortable and the room was well appointed. Room was very spacious and larger than I expected for Venice.

The website says breakfast is included, whereas breakfast was pre-prepared food in the bar fridge. That should be stipulated on the website.

staff appeared to have no knowledge about local restaurants -and indeed when asked referred us only to a restaurant that was part of the their chain. We did got o look at the restaurant but it was empty so we chose not to go there.

When we asked for the cost of a water taxi to the airport the desk satff quoted 95 euros-we obtained the SAME service for 80 euros.

Direction were confusing to the hotel and difficult to get to from the canal. No one was there to assist with luggage from the drop point at the canal to the hotel. Many bridges were between the canal and the hotel making it difficult with luggage. Prepare for additional costs with assistance for luggage etc.

It should be noted the distance from the drop point on the canal to the hotel and if luggage assistance is needed additional costs and arrangements are necessary. I was totally unprepared to drag my luggage to the hotel over the many bridges.

We had asked for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and when we arrived they gave us a 2 bedrm 1 bathrm suite which was not what we had agreed to. We went back and forth the concierge kept telling us they didn't have the room available and that it was physically occupied. At the same time we happened to see the room next door which is exactly what we had wanted and it was empty and being cleaned. After we saw the room they did move us into it. Very frustrating after 20 hours of travel.

Once we were situated in our correct room we had a wonder stay at All Suites. The room was very nice and the staff, aside from the check in, were very nice.

We had a wonderful time to stay there. The living room was clean and large enough for us to relux. The kitchen was also clean and good for use.

The hotel is one of the most comfortable one I have ever stayed. It is not gorgeous but cozy, and evry thing is neat and tidy. Their hospitality is very warm and kind.
You will feel like to be at home.
