We arrived in the afternoon on easter sunday. The woman behind the counter spoke Italian only, but was very helpful nonetheless even though we couldn't communicate very well. Through sign language and pointing and demonstrations we were able to completely understand each other.

The room was perfectly adequate, and the hotel is perfectly located for getting to Venice quickly and is also convenient for buses to Marco Polo airport.

Everything was fine at checkout, Venice is just an expensive place, and I would have hoped to get more for that price. I believe I would have almost anywhere else.

Excellent location, nice rooms, very easy from a travel standpoint.

The desk person was nice and gave us all the informations we needed. He suggest a very good restaurant where the owner and sons were very friendly and speaked very well in french.

No parking space at the hotel. Have to pay a public parking (4 euros a day)

The wash basin and shower took a very long time to drain. This was reported and although it was looked at, nothing changed. The hotel said they were full so another room was not available.

We had to park on the sidewalk to unload our luggage - this is normal! The garage around the corner needs a note from reception to let you in and is quite expensive.

The hotel was not as new as advertised but for the price was good value. The main problem was sleeping, as the heat could not be turned off and open windows meant much traffic noise. We were here in October; earlier the a/c would have eliminated this problem. The staff were very helpful with bus info and we found getting from here to Venice and back very easy and quick. Breakfast was excellent.

We had to leave early and their Visa machine wasn't working, forcing us to find a bank to get cash. Luckily, this was close and the staff were most apologetic.

Convenient, clean but hot, making sleep difficult.

Because of construction we did have a problem finding the Hotel. It would be nice if you could mention that to future customers.
