The hotel was lovely and such a brilliant location will definitely be going back to venice and will be choosing this hotel again. Have already recommended it to some friends who are now in the process of booking it. Really easy to find and no problem with transfer.

it was dark when we arrived and we missed the valleresso stop had to lug our cases over several bridges to st marks square.our fault entirely used val stop when going home.flat all the way. perfectly easy

Better directions from waterbus to Hotel not difficult to find but no clear directions in literature. A brief description is all that is needed. More information on reccommended restaurants nearbye or especially good for different needs(ie local food,seafood or cost)

Near to the main sites of interest,yet extremely quiet and peaceful with a delightful little bar for late night drinks,intimate and friendly without being intrusive.

rooms are very very small. But they are clean. Bathrooms was new. great location. Although it was expensive, it was good value in comparison to other Venetian Hotels as they are all very expensive.

comfortable and very good position for the 'sites' of Venice. Receptionisits were generally polite and helpful. Room suffered from a leak from a ceiling wetting some of our clothes but this happened on the morning of departure and it was reported to the reception no compensation was offered.

Good position for all sites in Venice and close to eating establishments. Recommended eating establishments could be listed as although OK we had one bad eating experience and would welcome sugestions of good places to eat in the area. One I can recommend is Antico Calice Calle degli Stagneri, 5228 ,San Marco Venice

Very well placed for visiting San Marco Square, the Doge's Palace, and the Grand Canal. 180 euros a night for a 3 star hotel seems alot, but in general Venice is a very expensive place to stay. The price therefore seemed reasonable in that context.

suitcases could be left for the day,after checking out, enabling freedom to enjoy the break right up to catching the waterbus to the airport.when we returned for the cases after checking out we were treated just as well.

Small friendly Hotel, very comfortable and good value for money. The location of the hotel does not provide for any views of Venice, but its location meant you were conviently located for all the tourist bits .I would defintely use it again.

no problem - but we have stayed there before, know Venice well and speak Italian. We did, though, notice that staff were multi-lingual and v helpful. The hotel is not v easy to find, but given its situation nothing could be done more than the signs already in place

I was expecting to stay in the hotel, but when we arrived we were taken to the Annexe which is around the corner. The accommodation was beautiful, no air conditioning, it got very hot during the night. When the shops closed it felt a little threatening going back to the Annexe as it was dark and lonely.

There was very noisy construction nearby during the day, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. We loved the place--the rooms were darling, the hotel convenient to San Marco Plaza, and the breakfast ladies were so hospitable.

The noise of revelers from the street drifted into the room until the early hours of the morning. I would recommend light sleepers to request a room without a window onto the busy street.
The breakfast could be a little better quality.
Some rooms are only accessed by going up a lot of stairs. So if this is a problem you should ask about it ahead of times.

The rooms were smaller and more rustic than they appeared on the web site. The shower had a sloped ceiling which made it difficult to use and there was no shower curtain or door.

I was very pleased with the location and with the room. We received a room with a charming little terrace and a whirlpool bath. The other party in our group was not as happy with their room but I feel that the room they got was as advertised online, they just had a bad location since they were 6 feet from another building that was being renovated. The breakfast was nice and the ammenities; cute little bar, internet connection, elevator, air conditioning etc. made for a very nice overall experience. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

A charming small hotel with all the ammenities you could ask for. Toiletries in the large bathroom, whirlpool bath, perfect location charming little deck/terrace ( I think we had the only room like that so you'd have to ask for it), cute bar in the lobby, easy internet access, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, and did I mention the location!

We asked the front desk clerk for a lunch recommendation and he sent us to a terrible restaurant that overcharged us significantly.

The staff were uniformly surly and unpleasant. The hotel location was in the middle of the most overcrowded, touristy area -- we would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The room was small for a 4 bed suite. However, it was very well decorated, clean and the bathroom was very nice. The location was very good. It was a nice stay.

I left early. My roommates checked out. But, they said everyone was very nice and it was smooth.
Venice is very expensive. The room was probably a good price relative to other rooms in Venice.

For 3 star accommodation the price is expensive but Venice does seem very expensive anyway but the location of the Panada is excellent. So I suppose one must expect hotel prices in Venice to be expensive.The Panada seemed to be roughly in line with other 3 star hotels.

Room was very quiet as requested. It was however very small. There was no mini-bar as stated in the description.

The hotel bar was closed for the first 2 days of our stay, which was unfortunate as it would have been good to have a night-cap in the hotel. Also we had no mini-bar in the room.
