A very good place to stay, nice villa in a quite neighborhood. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast could be improved. But overall very good value for low money in off-season.

My suggestions are that a better Italian cusine restaurant be suggested! We were not impressed by the food or service at the 'Africa' restaurant. Also, a little more variety of breakfast (ex. something warm, maybe eggs or a variety of bread (ones you can toast) be included in the breakfast. We expected a little more for the price we paid. And PLEASE have some suggestions as to what to see! I was with my parents who come to visit us in Germany once a year and expected someone at the front desk to give some advice or tips or avoidances while we were there. And the evening host at the service counter we realize was training, and very nice, but someone should have been available that could speak some English when questions arised about what do see and do in Venice. We spent our entire 'only' day wandering around and wasting time in Venice, not knowing where to go or how to go about the transportation system. I had asked the evening before for some tips or advice on what to see and where to go, and how to get there, and got no suggestions, unlike the website suggested would be available, so this was a little dissappointing since our stay was so short. Otherwise, the accommodations and location were reccommendable.

Very nice and in what you would dream to be an Italian atmosphere. Transportation was difficult at times to understand. The overall experience regarding the hotel would be one that I would reccommend - Otherwise, I would tell others to walk around and find a restaurant on their on, and to be prepared to know where and what they want to see before they arrive.

The room we had was not very 'spacious' with both a double and single bed in the room.

Hotel was comfortable and friendly and value for money. Location was nice and easily accessible to St Marc's Square and other tourist destinations. Would definitely use again.

Everyone was really very friendly and helpfull. Check-in was even earlier as stated and we were also able to prolong our stay without difficulty.

The rooms were great, the air conditioning the best we have found in Italy to date, the only thing was the rooms were a bit small considering they have a couch in them. But beautiful.

The hotel and staff were lovely. We booked an economy double but were surprised we the room we got was the size of a shoe box with just enough room to walk down the side of the bed. The furnishings were lvely but it was a shame the room was so small.

I wanted a room with balcony. Next day we moved to a room with balcony, which was as we expected.

parking place for cars is short. I once had to move cars from other people who stayed in the hotel by myself to rearrange them to come out.
