We were a party of 18 ladies and expected some delay checking in. This was not the case, it was all very organised and rooms were allocated quickly and efficiently.

The web site states that 'tea and coffee making facilities' are available in the room. In actual fact, these are available but only upon request from reception. This should be made clear as we didn't find this out until the second day.
Also, you should emphasise the location as the hotel is in a perfect position for all sightseeing - so close to St. Mark's Square.

A great hotel in a good position for sightseeing. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Dining room a bit small but serves really good hot breakfast. Reception staff courteous, efficient and extremely obliging. Would go back there without hesitation.

facility was lovely, and the people were very

It was a great hotel in a super great location, right off of the Piazza San Marco, I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Venice. The hotel was great, clean, friendly and wonderful!!

As usual, it is difficult to get to places in Venice. Direction from San Marcos was easier than from Rialto. Front desk was very polite and informative.
