Very accomodating staff. Arrangements for pick-up at the airport and transportation to the hotel were perfect.

Excellent location to restaurants and historic sites. Almost everything is within short walking distance. The hotel is in a quiet area - not a lot of tourists walking around, but close to everything. Very easy to get a water taxi and the vaporetto boat right outside the hotel.

I would highly recommend the Baglioni to any friend visiting Venice.

I was made to feel very important and the staff was exceptional. The gentleman in charge was extremely kind and thoughtful and more than accomodating. I believe he should be made aware of his kind behavior.

I did enjoy my stay for a lot of reasons.
The location was spectacular, the room was special but the view was non existent. The staff was superb and I will always recommend this hotel above any other.

The location was so nice. I don't think a first time tourist could understand how important location is for shopping and site seeing. The interiors were spectacular and very venetian. I adored the breakfast room, the furniture, the art work and I enjoyed the stairway and the different and interesting hallways. I look forward to my next visit.

Ignore all the other more expensive, renovated hotels that line the grand canal and book the Baglioni. It's venetian, intimate and grand at the same time. The staff makes you feel very special.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, noting there were 6 of us with 8 pieces of luggage and 3 rooms booked.

Our stay was delightful and the friendlyness of the staff, especially the concierges and the maitre de in the restaurant (both the lady and the man). Our rooms were also beautiful and very clean.
The only additional thing i would have liked is a choice of pillow types as this is an important issue for both myself and my wife, we managed but pillows did not really suit us,however only a few hotels seem to offer this which is a pity.
