We had the Jr. Suite wqhich was great for 2 women. Very clean. Showere very tricky but nice bathroom. Breakfast nice but coffee not hot or very flavourful.
We loved the hotel and will recommend it to friends. Staff all very nice, location perfect. A quiet oasis in a busy city. Top marks!!!!

Lovely rooms, very helpful staff, great
location, and a good price. The staff helped
us organize a water taxi early in the morning
which was a great help.

This was a small quaint hotel, off the beaten path. It was close to San Marco's Square which is a plus.

The breakfast room is very small (actually it is not a real room just an area)and you have to wait for a table when there are more than four parties at the same time having breakfast.

The hotel is ok. It's small but clean and the person in charge may have troubles with the breakfast when everyone is coming at the same time.

The description to approach the hotel gave the directions from the station of No.82, however, one can get properly there from the vaporetto station of No. 1.

We were checked in quickly, shown to our room and then walked (so not to get lost) to dinner in a wonderful restaurant

The room size was expected and clean.
The bedding was worn/old/tired.
The bathroon clean, fresh towels daily.
The breakfast area was small with people having to wait for a table. The breakfast was very limited, instant coffee and a shorter than usual serving time.

I would not recommend this hotel to a friend as it needs a makeover.
While there, I checked into several other hotel that were nicer and cost the same or less per night.
