The space in the standard room was a bit cramped. Additional space could have been achieved if the bed was just a standard double bed.

Extremely good value for money and very cental to the major sightseeing areas, shops and restaurants. This added to a very enjoyable first visit to Venice.

The information regarding using the waterbus No 82 is all right as long as you arrive before 5.30p.m. After that time it only goes as far as the Rialto bridge, not to Valesso.

As per another comment, the room on the front of the hotel did suffer with noise of persons walking along the 'road'. The room at the rear was quiet, but sufferred from scaffolding covering the window due to external repairs being carried out. However, should we visit Venice again I would certainly consider this hotel.

not very clean

Fair value for money because the hotel is situated right in town. The hotel itself was not very clean, especially the bathroom was somewhat poor. Breakfast room was dirty.

Great location for one night because, as stated above right in town. Otherwise I would rather pay a little more and, hopefully, have a more friendly staff and a cleaner hotel.
