the place has a great view of the grand
canal, the vaporeto stop is just in front of
the door, which is very convenient. the
staff was very polite and even answered
tourist information questions.

We were very impressed by the location and standard of the apartment. With the Boat stop outside our apartment it was very easy to move around Venice especially with a 3 day pass. Although it was only a short walk to the Rialto Bridge or St Mark's square.
We have recommended our friends stay in the Grand Canal apartment and we will too when next we return to Venice.

Very good location and value. Clear and concise instructions to find property and you did best to facilitate our late ammendment. All in all very enjoyable and we would book with you again.

My arrival was delayed. Sabrina and Stefano were very accommodating.

I loved the apartment, but it really needed a telephone and a washer. Loved the coffee pot! The location could not be better.
I plan to return for a month and will contact Sabrina for recommendations.

A bit noisy with the vaporetto stop. I enjoyed the 'flavor', but someone else may not. Interior very modern---no feel of the age and character of the building.

A 14th century Venetian Gothic palazzo on the Grand Canal---what else could one wish for? However, the apt itself is very up to date (modernized).

Monica was very accomodating. We arrived in
Venice earlier than we had planned, and she
was able to meet us at a time that was more
convenient for us.

The apartment was in a very convenient
location, and it was great having a view of
the grand canal. The living area was quite
large, although more seating in the living
room itself would have been helpful. The
bedrooms were smaller than they looked from
the website. We would have liked to have more
towels provided.
The main complaint we had was there was a
serious problem with the hot water heater,
and for the most part, we did not have hot
water for showers. If this was not resolved,
we would not stay here again and would not
recommend it to others.

stairs (which wasn't a problem except when
bringing luggage up and down).

Staff member was hard for us to understand. Did not speak clearly. He had difficulty getting the air conditioning unit working.

Small packets of hand soap in the bathrooms would be very handy.

We did not request a staff member to be present. We didn't feel it was necessary.

Well worth the money.
