Venice can be confusing to walk around. I recommend stating more clearly how to get to the hotel, such as, you will cross 4 bridges from Piazzela Roma to get to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was delightful. I left my wedding ring behind, and Monica from the hotel mailed my ring to me in the United States. She was most kind and helpful. The room was very nice.

Please mention that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to assist you. We were provided with a map of Venice and telephone number to call. Monica, staff member, allowed me to make international calls on the hotel line when I indicated that her pay phone said it would take credit cards, but no method to enter the credit card was provided. She also mailed my ring to me in the United States, which shows how considerate she is.

Very nice small hotel with comfortable and attactive rooms and incredibly helpful staff.

A sign outside the house would be helpful to identify the place. We had difficulties finding the entrance door. Otherwise we liked everything at your place and plann to come again

very calm and pretty place. very centrally located for people - like us - who like to stay away from the tourist masses

Room was comfortable but a little cramped. The pictures of the rooms make it bigger than it actually was. The television did not work. In general, the room was clean. The hallway was dark at night and we couldn't see where we were going.
