Staying in this bed and breakfast as opposed to a hotel truly made our trip to Venice wonderful and authentic. It was great, and I would definitely recommend your company to all of our friends. Thanks for a wonderful honeymoon!

Details to get to address sent by the owners was excellent.
Found the place easily.
Liked the fact that it was within a community-and got to experience a little bit of Italian community life.

The room is in the Attic-be prepared to bend or risk hurting yourself if you are of average height or taller. Property will not suit a person who has trouble with stairs-or does not like dogs.
Found owners to be very child friendly!!

I would definitely recommend to friends as comfortable space. Also the fact that it is in the community and close to majaor attractions etc was good.

We were given an apartment down the road that
was more private and was not shared. Wonderful
staying there.

This apartment was in an area where Venetian's
live. If you like to hear the native language
spoken around you in the day and have quiet
nights this is the place for you. The church
bells are heard loud and clear through bright
windows and there was lots of room for the
three of us and all our belongings.

This apartment was very safe having an outside
lock for the building and a lock on your
apartment door.

Only the attic was small for 4 people and they must know each other very well to stay together - I mean it is perfect for very good friends!

The kitchen in the attic is very, very small! But it was very cosy!

The attic is small but cosy and the apartment we also used is perfect because we were a group of 8 people and so we used both.

Before we arrived, Roberto upgraded us to a
more comfortable apartment that had become

The arrangements for leaving our luggage on
our final day were perfect!

This apartment was excellent. There was plenty
of room for 2 couples, it was warm (it was
winter), immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast
was provided. Within an easy walk from St
Mark's Sq. highly recommended!

It could not have been more friendly and positive . Small problems arising later were dealt with in the same spirit .All very good .

We stayed in the nearby appartment , so enjoyed independence . I would ask that future guests in the appartment should be told that the kitchen is in one of the bedrooms . This can prove occasionally inconvenient .

The property was as shown on the website, but my husband who is 6'5', was unable to stand up in the room. I guess I should have checked the height beforehand. Despite this we enjoyed the accomodation.

We enjoyed the place. Someone staying there should definitely check the height of the room ahead of time, also one should be sure to close the 'door' to the room or smoke smell creeps up. Also, we did get mosquito bites while there, so one might want to keep the windows closed. Mrs. Scenna was there during our stay and was as helpful as possible. Very nice and the room was very clean. There was a little bit of a language barrier, but this was not a problem for us.

It provided a very convenient,quiet and homely base. It may be worth pointing out that the owner has dogs and the ceiling height (attic room) is rather low for tall people.

The lady running the B and B was very nice and accomodating. The room was adequate but very small. The airconditioning helped, but the room was a little hot.
