There were supposed to be two rooms. I dont think I got the right apartment of the two.

The property was very damp and the dehumidifier wasnt working. The electricity was constantly going in and out.

I think the apartment was quite nice overall. However very dark and the beds were damp. 3 of the 4 people staying in the apartment ended up with the flu.
I was very disappointed as We were there for our wedding anniversary and the other couple were there to get engaged.

It was just ok, nice location however the dampness put us off and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Suitable for one night only.

We could have used a bath mat in the bathrooms and a few more towels. The water pressure was not good.

Very comfortable, except for the water pressure and bath mats and towels and in a very real Venice neighborhood; away from the tourists.

Celina, our hostess, was extremely courteous and helpful (and fun!). Could have made an easier connection after we got off the water taxi, tho, maybe have a sign with our name, or yours? Also, could provide instructions as to how to 'buzz in' visitors, which buttons in the hallway to use? Might be helpful to warn folks of the steps necessary to climb with luggage upon arrival (over the canals)

Some difficulty with the neighbors who both had a loud, barking dog, and complained that we were noisy (only 3 of us, and we spent all waking hours exploring the city, so we don't think that was us). Clearly,neighbor not happy with the rental arrangement. And, small thing: can you provide dish towels?

We left a bit early, left key in the apt, so did not check out with one of your staffers. The instructions for clean up are a bit intense--generally, not accustomed to doing such a thorough clean up when staying at hotel or apt!

You can better describe the location-- we were right off of a lovely street with restaurants and bars that are friendly to tourists and open late for drinks and early for coffee & breakfast. Up the street, we found many small markets to puchase fresh foods to prepare our own breakfasts (especially, a wonderful cheese shop and bakery!). Helped us feel a bit like locals, even if only for a few days!

Roomy and comfortable, great location--not isolated in an entirely residential area, yet not in a noisy area, either. Good walking access to nearly everything we wanted to see

it was good stefano was extremely helpful and polite. We did have difficulty getting over the two bridges between the water stop and the appartment- glad there was no more bridges. the use of a mobile proved invaluable as there was a brief mix-up

the property felt like it had just been done with a nice big coffee pot and plenty of plates, glasses and so on. We had thought there was a washing machine so may have misread that. Also perhaps you should mention that there is a microwave but no oven- useful information. we both felt that the sofa was the main thing that let the appartment down. It was actually quite dangerous for us and the children they kept falling into the bed mechanism and we weren't even sleeping on it! it was quite uncomfortable to sit on. the tv also had a high pitch noise...
apart from that we were very satisfied. some aspects the property was better and some worse than on the web site.

allowed to leave later (12pm)- this was no problem. again helpful and polite.

need to be clearer which one you are booking and that they are different;which one was upstairs...

middle range place, very convenient off main street without the noise and lots of local places to buy food. convenient for children-rides and playground easy walk away. two bridge to bus stop. no outdoor space (really) for summer living but excellent for winter stay. clean and well equiped. nice furniture in main bedroom and recently done kitchen area all made for a good stay.

Only air con in sitting room, none in bedrooms. Can't get help locating internet facilities. Floor dusty.
