We booked a water taxi from the train station to the hotel through the hotel and this was there to meet us and transport us efficiently to our hotel.
The receptionest was very helpful and pleasent and gave us fantastic rooms looking over the Grand Canal.

The Westin Europa & Regina is a lovely and very convienient hotel located 5 mon walk from St marks Square. Arrival & departure by water taxis straight to the door on the Grand Canal is spectacular. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Water Taxis arrived on time and check out was efficient and helpful. No problems with items on the bill.

Suggest Water taxi to hotel as arriving on the Grand Canal straigfht to the door is fantastic.
Food is excellent at dinner.
Breakfast is overpriced, but hey ,that's Venice !!!

Fantastic location on the Grand Canal. Definately pay the extra for a canal view room. Arrive and depart by water taxis to/from the door it's spectacular. Rooms are well equiprd. Staff are English speaking, helpful and friendly. They can advise and arrange anything you wish. Highly recommended. I would stay there again.

Basically I got very lost as the hotle is quite difficult to find and the information I printed from your website had no directions only a phone number and address. Its very easy to get lost in venice so I suggest you provide detailed instructions in the future. Once I rang the hotel they helped me out straight away but I was walking around for over an hour with luggage late at night.

I got a romeo and juliet balcony overlooking the grand canal which was very good of them.
They also treated me very nicely when I was dinning in the restaurant on my own even providing me with a complimentary entree.

I had to leave very early and they organised a wake up call, luggage porter and a water taxi.

Quite expensive (but isn't everything in Venice)but worth it. I am sure I got the room much cheaper using your service. Staff are very helpful and friendly and location couldn't be better.

Evening meal was available and the restaurant was excellent. I think you could have emphasised the restaurant more.
