The room was exactly shown on site, the bathroom was large and room very clean. The courtyard was wonderful. The owner and mother were wonderful, helpful, and very accomidating. I would love to go back. They made our stay very comfortable and I would hightly recommend it to people looking for a personal touch.

They let us check out late and allowed us to store our luggage until we had to leave, which wasnt until 6:00pm that evening even though they already had other guests.

The location is extremely good. It in the heart of Venice, 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. However, also very very quiet. It's in a closed in courtyard. So once your inside you acutally feel like your somewhere else.

The rooms are decorated well. Cozy,clean, people are friendly and accomidating. Nice courtyard to have breakfast. Quiet, but close to everything. I would recommend it to a friend because I would go back. We are Canadian but live in Romania for Business. So we travel alot for my husband's work.

Corte 1321 had the perfect location - 15 minute walk to St Mark's Square, and 5 minutes to the Rialto Bridge.... But the b&b itself is tucked into a more residential neighborhood - so you get the best of both worlds!

Well what can I say a little gem. We did our research on here before we booked and found the b and b and certainly were not disapointed.
We found it absolutely fine no problems about 2 min walk from the san silvester stop on the vaperotto number 1 boat. When we arrived Larry was there to greet us and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. He gave us the names of places where to eat that were good and went out of his way to be helpful. The owners do not live on site, there is a kitchen where they prepare breakfast and you could put bottles of water or wine in there to keep cool. Larry also allowed us to use the internet for free so we could confirm our flights. He made our stay very enjoyable.
We stayed in the rose room it was lovely. Massive room with double bed very comfy and a sofa, tables chairs etc. There was also two bathrooms with a shower and a bath, shower was lovely and also air con as well. We had lovely views over the courtyard. Breakfast was served in the courtyard on a morning and gave you a peaceful spot to come back and relax after a full day of sightseeing the delights of venice (I think this is a rareity in venice so an absolute find). The courtyard also made a perfect place for pre dinner drinks and was very romantic with the sparkly lights and candles we loved it!
Breakfast was great, juice choice of tea and cofee and plenty of pastires and yoghurt. We filled ourselves up in the morning and often didnt feel that hungry at lunchtime because we were so full. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and Larry will recommend some if you ask him and his choices were excellent we did not have a bad meal.
We would not stay anywhere else it was lovely and we shall certainly return

Room was spacious and very clean with private bathroom, tv lcd, view on a internal private court where having breakfast! the room was the same I saw on internet site and even better. Really spacious and quiet! wonderful!

I had my return fly in the evening. But I left my luggage for the morning in the B&B reception, then I took it and I went away. Very helpful staff!

I would suggest B&B Corte1321 sure. I spent three wonderful days. In the historic centre of Venice, near to most important attraction (2 minutes from Rialto bridge, 10 from San Marco square), very quiet and romantic!

We did not have directions to the property and we had some trouble finding it. However, we phoned the establishment and they gave us clear directions and come out and met us in the street so we would not get lost further.

It was after check in hours, so the receptionist left a clear note for us on the door with precise instructions which went very smoothly.

We would definitely recommend this B&B and we would like to return ourselves. It is a gem hidden in Venice, away from the main tourist places that are crowded and overpriced. We loved it! We were also travelling with our 10 month old son, so the garden room with a kitchenette was ideal.

Amelia was very helpful to let us keep our bags at the hotel while we were out for the day, since our flight didn't leave until late in the evening.

Corte 1321 is a beautiful little B&B nestled in Venice. The rooms are newly done, clean and serene. The breakfasts are lovely, especially when enjoyed in the quiet courtyard. I look forward to going back one day...

It was our first time in Venice and we had no idea about the street numbering system. We wandered around with our luggage for 45 minutes until finally someone was able to help us, and the property was in darkness, it was 8.30 p.m with a tiny sign on the door saying B & B. We would never have found it without help.

we were only informed at check out that it was only possible to pay in cash and then had to go and find a bank machine to get the cash out, this was inconvenient and unprofessional.

Although the B&B is fine, photographs on the website look much more luxurious and rooms look bigger than they are in reality.
We expected more for the amount of money we payed. f.e. breakfast: we expected some Italian cheese and espresso, but got regular coffee and jam. Rooms were fine, but as said: photographs looked much more luxurious. We could have (and have in the past) gotten the same quality for much less money.
