The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurants that they selected were of high quality and the fact that the bellman walked us there every night was great. All in all we found your hotel to be superb and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic arrival took a water taxi from our ship to the hotel, which has its own jetty - no hassle!

It was a superb hotel, very well situated for St Marks Square, very clean, very luxurious all in all we could not fault it at all, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

It has superb views of the Bridge of Sighs. The hotel offer a free one-way trip to Murano by water taxi - it is then very easy to get a water bus to any island after that or back to the main island of Venice itself.

Beautifully decorated, luxurious, good breakfast, very well situated for all sights, within easy walking distance of all the water buses - staff were excellent.

Hotel Colombina was very nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very well finished. The staff was excellent. The only negative was some constuction going on during our stay, but that certainly wasn't Colombina's fault. The location is also excellent (a minute from San Marco and a short walk to Realto)

The only drawback was the fact that there was a building site opposite the hotel during our stay. Much of the time the contractors were pile driving in large pieces of wood into the ground, which was extremely noisey.

Excellent, small hotel; friendly and very well positioned. But, as with all accomodation in Venice, expensive, even by world standards (as shown in a recent survey that I saw quoted in the Financial Times).
