Cancellation must be made at least 72 h prior to arrival. In the event of a late cancellation, the hotel will charge one night's stay as a penalty. In the event of a no-show, cancellation made on the scheduled day of arrival or for early departure, the hotel will charge the entire amount of the stay as a penalty. For bookings longer than 3 nights, the hotel asks for a deposit. For NOT REFUNDABLE rooms the entire amount of the stay will be charged on your credit card at reservation time.
