A little more info about the bus system on Lido would have been useful

It woud be nice to have access to the private beaches when staying there. It was quite an expensive hotel to have no beach access.

very easy to use and gave very accurate descriptions of the venues. Algergo Quattro Fonane was wonderful !!! It was the best one of all the 3 cities we traveled, and we will return!

Please pass on the information that we were very pleased - Albergo Quattro Fontane exceeded our expectations - Max (one of the managers) in particular was most friendly and helpful. We plan to return - and have highly recommended this hotel to our friends. Food quality was excellent, the room was lovely and ammenities perfect.

Service and food quality in the restaurant is excellent. The location and helpful staff should really be promoted. Also, the dock for water taxi drop off that is across the street was not noted - but should be for ease of arrival. We would have taken a water taxi instead of the Ferry with our luggage had we known. Hotel staff were also very helpful in making arrangements for us to visit Murano and private tours of Venice. Much better than any 'tourist' information.

Very poor restaurant service - slow and disorganised.All the waitresses seemed to be amateurs not professionals.

We had a wonderful holiday. Massimo and the team were absolutely great. The food was first class and the rooms individual in style, very clean ( the towels were changed twice a day!). We loved it and would recommend it to everyone. They could not have made our stay more enjoyable. It was like our home. Enough said!

It is family run, the staff have been there as a team for 20 years and it shows. they are a family, believe the hotel is their home and we were welcomed as if we had known them all our lives! They have people who return year after year just for the hotel- Venice is a side attraction.
