The staff member who assisted our group was very efficient and helpful which proved to be an excellent start to our stay!!

We were really pleased with the property and its exceptional position in the area. The view of the town from the property was very unique - in fact wonderful!!!

I don't think the fact that its position in relation to the town of San Gimignano is sufficiently exposed!! Also the location of the nearby restuarant was a winner!!

The most incredible experience - we have already advised friends to visit the area and stay at the propoerty.

you can go by feet to san gimignano (in 15 minutes). its difficult to park there!!!
the restaurant 'il rifugio' is very good and its the next house to podere sant elena.

because ist was very easy to find and book

After this week we were very relaxed. The must seen cities firenze an siena are very close to the podere.

We had a fantastic stay. The family operating the facility was wonderful. Fantastic views of town. Immaculately maintained pool and grounds. Couldn't have been happier. It was a nice touch that they had a refrigerator with water/soft drinks available for the guests to buy rather than driving into town.

The web site needs a much better map/directions. It is actually quite easy to find the property if better directions were given.

Fantastic. Best B+B we've ever staied at!! Spectacular view of San Gimignano. Beautiful grounds and crystal clear pool, gated secure car park. Couldn't have been better.

Excellent breakfast though would have prefered it to have been available from 8am instead of 8.30 am

You need transport to go out for evening meals as not available on site.
