Although Livernano is a bit out of the way this simply added to the charm. Directions were clear and easy to follow as we came in from Florence. We had little problem finding Livernano even though the unpaved roads caused my wife a bit of consternation; but she was ecstatic upon our arrival.

The tuscany.net website for Livernano does not do justice to just how nice the area is and all the amenities available. Although I chose Livernano based on the website it was beyond my expectations. I'm not quite sure how to put that on the website but it's high quality should be accentuated.

Everything about our stay was wonderful...the staff, the surroundings, the food and wine, were all beyond description. All personnel were extremely helpful in all circumstances and I have already highly recommended Livernano to many of our friends.

All the 'basics' are there on the website....it's simply a matter of scale. The extremely high quality of the accommodations, staff, and food/wine are difficult to portray but efforts should be made to describe just how wonderful this B&B really is.

Our stay at Livernano was a memorable experience that we will relive for a very, very long time and the consistent high quality of the accommodations and staff were beyond our expectations. This is a vacation that everyone should have the joy to experience.

We couldn't have asked for a better place. The location, the staff, the food and the surroundings were absolutley amazing! We will be back.

The only thing that wasn't clear was that they didn't accept American Express and that was how I intended to pay.

Directions could have been a bit more clear. For instance, once we got on the A1 we didn't know how long to travel until we got to our first exit to take. After that, the directions were perfect!

It was very nice being greeted after a long day of driving by the wonderfully friendly, courteous and personable staff.
The directions provided by the staff over the phone prior to our arrival were far more helpful than the directions found on the website.

The pictures of the rooms found on the website did not do the property justice as the room that we stayed was well beyond our expectations. There should be more photos of the various suites.
The dinners were very good however we found the pace too quick and would have liked to have relaxed a little longer during dinner.

Both owners, made it a point to be up bright and early to see us off. This was particularly impressive given that we left extra early for the long drive that lay ahead of us on our last day. Check out was very smooth.

Time stands still at Livernano.
It is a little a piece of paradise tucked away in the heart of Tuscany.
The beautiful, scenic and tranquil surroundings and the wonderful owners and staff made our honeymoon stay memorable and magic.
We are definitely planning to visit again.

Particularly for those on very short stays, don't waste time searching around for evening restaurants - Livernano is excellent end relevantly good value for money if you can eat it all.
Possible minor improvements - especially in suites - addition of tea/coffee making facility - provision of bathrobe,especially useful for use to & from pool. Also possibly slippers as bathroom is not directly off bedroom and all tiled floors. (These items may often be provided in establishments of this quality)

A beautiful tranquil location, perfectly placed for seeing Cianti, but great just to chil out in without going anywhere. Great place to go with a small group of friends.

Charming, comfortable and relaxing. Staff including the Wine master were helpful in explaining the operations and history of the region.Manager/receptionist was very helpful with all request. If anything to improve I would suggest the food but keep in mind I am comparing to some lovley number 1, mom and pop places we found. All in all the food was fine.

We arrived at about 2 p.m. and hadn't had an opportunity for lunch. With no fuss whatsoever, they prepared a delicious lunch for the five of us. It was fantastic.

Livernano is a beautiful place that I'd love to visit again in warmer weather (we were there in late March, and it was cool and rainy).

I'm always a bit nervous about staying a new places -- will it be as nice as anticipated? There was no need to worry about Livernano -- it was everything we hoped. Beautiful setting and grounds, lovelly building, and superb accomodations. The wine was lovely, too. Too bad it's so hard to find in New Jersey.
One negative -- we were there in late March and the weather was cool and rainy, and it became quite chilly in our rooms. Management attributed it to the strong winds, but the heat just didn't seem to be generating much warmth.

It's exactly how you'd imagine the ideal Tuscan countryside villa.

I would describe it as breathtakingly beautiful. The working farm and vinyard added to the ambiance. The staff was very accomodating and the room was charming. Food was excellent.

Livernano was an absolutely gorgeous place with personalized service. The food was fantastic and the scenery was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommended Livernano to friends and family.

We got a little confused when we arrived at Radda in Chianti village, made a phone call to the resort. Daniela, herself drove down to us immediately and led us up to Livernano.

Didn't want to leave. Very personalized service, kind, welcoming...felt like I was home...but even better!! Helped to make our 31st anniversary dinner very special, with many little extras...gratis!!!

Fabulous meals and reasonable..no need to travel from resort to eat.

Peaceful, restful, fabulous views, food, wine, etc. all produced there or locally. A great place to unwind after very busy, hot, hectic sightseeing in Rome!!

I would like to say that we really enjoyed our stay at Livernano.
Renata and Marcus were extremely helpful and welcoming (as were there staff) We stayed together with our small child and they made us feel extremely comfortable with small requests we needed for the baby etc... We were never made to feel it was a bother
A very very pleasant stay - welcoming hosts, beautiful premises and view.
