Wonderful breakfast, dinner, wine, gardens and pool.

A very relaxing environment surrounded by vineyards. Breakfast was a great start to each day. The pool and gardens were a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons after exploring the local hill towns. Dinner at Casolare is a must. Enjoyed meeting guests from other parts of the world.

We'd recommend this agriturismo to anyone! The owners, Alfredo and Bertha, were always very cordial and helpful. Breakfast could have had more variety, but dinners were good. The pool area and yard are very nice and well maintained. The isolated setting , at the end of a country road, is perfect - so peaceful and quiet. The directional signing on the main road is perfect!

Checkout was prompt by Alfredo and with no problems! He also gave good directions to get to the Superstrada going north to Florence which came in handy as local road signing is not too clear!

You will really like the tranquility and friendly atmosphere! And, the location couldn't be better for day trips to the surrounding Tuscan hill towns!

The hotel owners were very kind, carried our luggage for us and we felt at home right away.

Our stay at Casolare di Libbiano was even better than we expected it to be; very peaceful and quiet, a beautiful big garden, the food (prepared bij the owners) was excellent, and the rooms were very nice with a lot of art objects.

One thing that does not get enough attention is the fabulous dinners that are served. There is an additional fee for this, but it is very reasonable, and the food is great. We had a four-night stay, and after trying the dinner the first night, we always made sure that we were back from wherever we were sight-seeing by 8 o'clock for dinner.
Also, the hosts Andrea and Berta are wonderful people. On our trip we spent 15 nights in various places in Italy, and our stay at Casolare di Libbiano was the best part of our trip.

We were met both Berta and Andrea and made to feel at home right away.

The room was spacious and private. We had a terrace which would have been a joy if the weather had been more cooperative. The food was outstanding -- it was such a pleasure to come back after a long day of sightseeing, have Andrea bring out plates and plates of wonderful regional specialties, as well as wonderful wine selections, and then retire to our room which was just steps away.

Wonderful -- just like staying in a close friend's home (only much better food than I ever get here at home!). The location is incredibly remote -- an unbelievable drive down a dirt road -- so you definately feel like you've gotten away from it all.

Very comfortable hotel in perfect peaceful surroundings. Set four course meal each evening saved the indecision on what to chose! Food was delicious. A lovely place to 'get away from it all'

The rooms were extremly small, and one of our party had a bad leg, and it was extremly difficult for him to get around the bed. Additionally, there were no provisions for storage of luggage and hanging bags. Not at all, but we anticipated.

The facility was located a good ways out of town and a party without its own transporation would be isolated.

I would say that it was nice but overpriced compared to some other accomodations that we took the time to check. In fairness, and in talking to other guests, they were very pleased. I suppose, its only fair to say that it wasn't what we had anticipated compared to facilities on the Amaffi coast which were right on the sea.
