Hotel room was very wonderful with a beautiful
view of the city. The staff were helpful and
the hotel was centrally located. Breakfast was
adequate and room cleaning services were
prompt and very good.

The front desk was very helpful and answered

This Hotel was very central to what we wished to see in Siena. The balcony had a lovely view of Siena. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although the room was very basic, it was clean and quiet. The shower alternated between hot and cold.

The driving directions to the hotel need to be improved. I emailed the hotel in advance for directions, but what I received was incorrect and inadequate. Apparently, the hotel is not permitted to place too many signs within the historic part of the city, so explicit directions are a must. I drove around (and around and around) the winding, narrow streets of Siena that are filled with pedestrians. This is a problem that other guests have detailed in web sites like that Tripadvisor, so clearly I am not the only one who had this problem.

This is a conveniently located, clean, basic hotel with a pleasant, English speaking staff.
