Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the view. The whole family was impressed with the breakfast. Our server even offered to take our picture with the lovely view in the background. Just a short walk from the city center. We will definetly stay here again if we are ever in the Siena area.

Staff was wonderful. Let us keep our car parked there while we got one last short trip into the city center. Helped us with directions to our next destination.

The room had everything we asked for and needed, comfortable beds, a good shower, doors to a patio, with an oblique view of the city. It was light and bright and spotlessly clean. A little small, but this didn't matter, given all the good facilities.

All the extras were correctly detailed and there were no queries.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Campo. All the restaurants, cafes etc are within the city walls. There is nothing at all in the vicinity of the hotel, so unless you have a car, you always have to eat in the city. The walk back was not too pleasant when it was raining. But the staff were very accommodating and provided a nice lunch for us (they are not normally open for lunch) when we were stuck because of the rain.

We were there late in the season and the weather wasn't great. So having to walk in and out of the city was not too pleasant. No problem at all when it was fine. During the season I think it would be an excellent choice. It has a lovely garden with tables and chairs under the shade, and a beautiful swimming pool and pool area. The large, airy dining room has a magnificent view of Siena. It is a restful place to escape from the buzz of the city.

Fabulous! Don't stay anywhere but Il Giardino, it is a special oasis! And in the summertime when the city 'music' is too loud at night, an escape into a pool will be a welcome retreat. The breakfast was fresh and beautiful and delicious!! It is like a home away from home.

Pleasant hotel with very friendly 'family' atmosphere, very good location for visiting Siena as well as surroundings when using car. Pool facilities and free parking very good. Great view on Siena 'skyline'.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The Air
Conditioning was great but only was cold or
off. We made it work.

Great value. A bit of a walk to the city
center but the hotel was quiet which after a
long day was nice. The kids loved the pool.
The view from the pool and breakfast room was
wonderful. Breakfast was great, simple but
satisfing for everyone.

Owners so helpful. Our child got sick during stay and they helped arrange a doctor and medication.

Instead of staying in the hotel for 3 nights we stayed for one and paid for another without staying in the hotel. The location of the hotel was far enough from the center to make it a problem for us and the quality of the hotel was not what we expected. The facilities were clean and appeared new but were quite overpriced for the level of accommodations.
