The extradordinary quality of the staff, from all areas. The very fine food and an excellent wine list are not that clear from your site but are very important.

The Gallia Palace is a wonderful place for a holiday especially with children. The hotel building is not beautiful, but the service is first class as good as it comes and I spend two weeks every month in top hotels all over the US and Europe. You are made to feel very welcome, nothing is too much trouble. The highlights include the food at all meals, the fresh fish, the pasta, the fruit and deserts. For those interested in wine their list is excellent, majoring on Italy it ranges from reasonably priced to a number of very special bottles. The Punta Ala beach is glorious, but it attracts lots of people, in many places it is too crowded but the GP's private beach is very well managed indeed. We've been before and we will go back, many guests have been going for generations!
