I rang the hotel from the airport and was picked up immediately and taken to the hotel. Excellent! ... The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent--good food, good service and good value for money. ... I chose the hotel because I had an early morning flight from Pisa airport and the web site stated that there was a free shuttle to the airport.In fact the shuttle only operates from 6.30am and I had to pay for a taxi. I would expect an airport hotel to provide transport whenever there are flights. I would also expect an airport hotel to have breakfast facilities available for people leaving early in the morning, the breakfast started at 6.30am and the room service was not available 24hrs ... No early morning free transfer to airport. No early morning breakfast available. ... Modern, very clean and comfortable hotel with lovely restaurant for an evening meal and convenient for Pisa airport -- unless you are leaving before 6.30am!
