We had trouble finding the place at first but it is very simple actually, just follow the signs for Montelupo Fiorentino.

I would recommend to everybody this hotel , because it is on the graet place to explore Tuscany. The best advantage of the hotel is that is only 10 minutes away from the train station thath goes to Florence, Siena and Pisa and the village itself is very cute too, Capraia Fiorentina.
However, I love it and will come back definitely....

Charming hotel in charming litlle place very close to beatiful Florence and far enough from noisy and touristic Florence.
The best place to travel through Tuscany....

we had been told that we would get two rooms next to each other so that we could put the children in one and us in the other. we then had to change the sleeping arrangements, but as it was only one night it was ok.

fine for a one night stay but not suitable for a family stay for any longer

1) did not expect hotel to be on busy main road (the description of a 'private village' suggested somewhere quieter)
2) the arial photo of the car park did not make it clear that it was small and up a steep ramp
3) we would have preferred lounge facilities

should indicate that hotel is on main road
...
adequate for short stay but probably better suited for business guests rather than tourists. Reception Staff very helpful and spoke good English

There was no picture of exterior of hotel so was not as easy to locate when first looking for it.

We visited during a particularly hot and humid period and found the air conditioning to be poor.
...
OK - nothing particular special. Rooms were nicely decorated, but location was not particularly good. Parking was difficult; up a very steep incline with little room to manouver.
