The directions would probably be fine for a daylight arrival. We arrived at night and required more specific directions with distances, specifically from Montefollonico. Thanks to the owner, Salvatore, for waiting for our late arrival.

Our experience exceeded expectations. The property was beautiful, apartment charming, comfortable and clean with a pleasantly appointed bathroom. The view was spectacular and our charming host, Salvatore, made the visit that much more enjoyable.

We stayed in a most lovely apartment in a farmhouse in Tuscany. We had a breathtaking view overlooking a valley and up to the hill town of Multipulciano. The rooms were spacious and charming. The landscaping on the grounds was beautiful and we had a swimming pool avaiable just a few steps away. Our entire experienced was enhanced by the friendliness and care of the owner, Salvatore, who was wonderful.

Since it was off season, we were the only people staying at Colle di Mezzo. The owner was not on the premises when we arrived. The gate was closed and noone was there to answer the bell. I had to use my cell phone to contact the owner. However, he came within 10 minutes and was extremely polite and helpful.

We loved it here. Too bad that it was off season and no one else was there.

Beautiful and a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Tuscany. A little remote and therefore you definitely need your own car.

The site is wonderful. We had really difficulty to find the place. Hopefully, we had a cellular and had help from a man who spoke english and italian to be able to find the place. It was the only problem we had during our stay. The place is very beautiful and the owner was very sympathic.

You have to add additionnal indication to find the place. An another couple indicated us they had the same problems to find the place.

A very beautiful and quiet place. It is very relaxing and the property is so beautiful with a panoramic view indescriptible.Wow! But, if you don't speak italian, it will be difficult to exchange with the owner, but they are very smart.

Things were as stated, but the owner/manager is not on the premises. We had difficulty contacting him by phone when we wanted to leave early. We left a note under the door to the office and were able to make contact to leave early. I would just advise people to use their time wisely at check-in to nail down ALL details.
