We had a fantastic stay at Borgo di Villa Castelletti. It was much more than I expected. I feel like I have made friends there and would definitely return and recommend to clients (being a travel agent). Alessandro was so helpful and the owners Lucca and Elizabeth were wonderful to us, as was everyone else who worked there.

Excellent time!!!!! Great people!!!! Clean, comfortable and I wish we stayed longer.

I cried... The Manager Alessandro and the owners were there when we left and it felt like I was leaving friends.. wonderful memories!!!

Should be noted that it is a family owned complex and the owners are on the property to assist guests.

I have already told friends that the accomodations were wonderful and the people were great!!! We were impressed at the cleanliness and the well kept grounds.

We had to check out the night before our departure due to a very early flight, the staff were very helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

The receptionist, Karen, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Borgo di Villa Castelletti was a wonderful find and we have no hesitation in recommending to future patrons. We would be very happy to return there if the opportunity arises.

Heartly welcome from all team.

Due to upgrading, we got fine spacy room. original room, had very poor daylight and double bed would be to small for both uf us (As my length is 1,95)
Breakfast and kindness were great. Some noice from buzy road nearby.

You always would have to use the car to go to other restaurants than the own one.

Nice for a couple of days.Very friendly, great breakfast with excellent service.
Nice quiet swimmingpool to relax and cool down.

A car would be essential and no nearby shops within walking distance and nearest train station about 3.5kns away, though staff will ferry customers to the staton if needed.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff, lovely place to explore Tuscany. Lovely rooms and nice park to wander about in the evenings. The train station is nearby hence no need to drive into Florence, and fares are cheap. Tre Corone (the restaurant at the Castle) did not live up to expectations, but staff can recommend nearby pizzerias and restaurants which are excellent. Highly recommended.

Villa Castelletti was a beautiful place in quiet country-side surroundings. The apartement was very nice with spacious rooms and the pool area was lovely. The staff was indeed very friendly and helpful.

on arriving at the railway station in signa,we rang the borgo and a staff member came to collect us immediately.

no bar that we were aware of.however this did not in any way affect our stay,although the option would have been nice.

the staff have excellent local knowledge,are willing to help with any request or problem.e.g booking trains,trips,orginizing museum tickets,overnight stays and were extremely helpfull and always available.

excellent railway connections in signa,however the borgo is still approximately 3.5kilometres from the station or nearest supermarket if you dont want to drive.

beautiful rooms,beautiful countryside,quiet.ideal for a relaxing stress releiving break away from the hussle and bussle of the usual holiday resort.a 15 minute train ride from florence.we had a wonderfull holiday

very interesting: possibility to lunch/have dinner in the restaurant (Tre Corone) next to the borgo. quality of food and service is very very good!!!

perfect location for those who want to stay near Firenze but not in Firenze-city!
