Idyllic location and accomodation, beautifully laid out and making the most of the views. You can easily find your own space within the grounds to relax. You can't believe you are so close to such a tourist attraction as it is so peaceful.

Very quiet except for all all of the wild life which was fun - wild boar, pheasant, fox, owls, a lot of other unidentified birds, etc etc. The appartment was awesome and the pool a delight.

Very nicely redone farmhouse. Very gracious hosts. Fun setting with some wild life visable in the fields and forests surrounding the farmhouse. Fun drive in through the narrow farm roads. 'Great view of San Gimignano from the pool from a couple miles away.

our arrival to podere casanuova was great and our first look at the outside took our breath away.

Our stay at podere casanuova was brillant , it made our trip itlay perfect. we all will be back in the future and hopefully it will be very soon.

WE WERE LATE ARRIVING BUT THE OWNERS WAITED TO LET US IN, WE WERE ALSO SHOWN ROUND THE PROPERTY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.

The owners are always at the property which is very useful if you need anything. The property is located very much in the middle of the countryside, down a dirt track. A car is essential. It is also further out from the centre of San Gimignano than the website indicated (i.e. not 2km). It is more like 5km, so not walkable, especially given the long dirt track.

A recently renovated property, tastefully decorated with a rustic Tuscan feel, set in a lovely setting, very peaceful and in a great location to explore the Tuscan countryside.

Great view of nearby San Gimignano which is less than 5 minutes by car. A short distance on an unsurfaced road. Be prepared for a few 'country visitors' inside - ie crickets.

Peaceful, tranquil, soft, gentle. A friendly feeling, pretty house with everything you need to relax and enjoy the tuscan countryside. Very central to main centres of Tuscany - Pisa, Florence etc. by easy to navigate connecting roads. Met people there who keep coming back and I would too.

Our stay exceeded our expectations and the staff was great. The grounds and facilities are way and above anything we expected.

Mention the state of the road leading to the property. It's possible to damage a car on the drive there.

Signs guiding in to the property from San Giminagno were most helpful.

There were challenges with the phone lines and getting the credit cards to work, but the owners handled it well and fixed it as quickly as they could.

It is decorated and maintained with a great deal of personal charm and feels very much like visiting with friends.
I might suggest they get some wine glasses, otherwise it is just about perfect!

Charming, spacious, modernized but retaining its Tuscan farmhouse history. Lovingly restored and beautifully cared for.

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful surroundings/grounds. What a view! Neat, comfortable accomodations. Very friendly staff. We were treated like family. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.
