We loved the villa and we loved Susanna, the owner.
...
Le Boscarecce is a wonderful place to stay, but the real treasure is Susanna. It's obvious she truly loves her place and her detailed knowledge of the area, her quiet attention to detail and her welcoming personality are the real hidden gems. We definitely will be returning again.

we are Australian, driving on the right hand side of the road was one thing, but it was just locating the place and speaking to people that was hard. Once we were on the right track, (& saw the signs) no problems though. Susanne was very warm & welcoming

This was our port of call for one night. we wanted to see and experence Tuscany & it was perfect for what we were after.

No problems, surprised to see facilites such as credit card machine & internet connection that far out in the sountry when in some of the cities they couldn't accept credit cards

The Dinner Menu. Without a doubt it was the best food we have eaten in our Lives. My girlfriend is a vegetarian & the menu allowed her to choose freely

wonderful surroundings woth great veiws, big rooms, lovely bathroom & the owners were so very friendly & attentive. they listened, provided infomation, not just on Tuscany, but on where we were off to vising the next day (Pisa)

Ideal for reaching all sights in Toscany, beacause its placed in the mittle. On the same time its quite and personal.

We were shown to our room very promptly. Facilities were explained. We were encouraged to make ourselves at home and always ask if something was needed.

The staff were always will to help. They kindly arranged taxis (to and from a wedding, returning after midnight).
We were even collected one night from the train station when the local taxi firm was already en route to Firenze - that really is service above and beyond expectations.

The country house hotel is off the beaten track and in a lovely peaceful location. The last stretch of road to the property is currently (July 2004) an unmade road, dont be worried that you are going the wrong way, as it is signposted.

A lovely country house hotel, off the beaten track with good facilities - tennis, table tennis and a swimming pool. A very relaxing place to stay where the staff are extremely friendly and always made sure that our needs were catered for. They even came to pick us up from the village, approx 4km one night at 10pm when there was no local taxi. Service over and above what was expected.

Susanna was wonderful, expremely helpful and generous with her time. She gave us maps & directions to towns and sites we wanted to see. And Swan & Bartolo couldn't have been better. The food was divine and the service marvelous! We stayed a week and wished it was longer. Everyone was warm and welcoming and it felt as if we were with family!

We arrived close to 3 o'clock at night. We woke up Susanna and recieved a very warm welcome despite the unholy hour!

We flew into Pisa so the directions from Rome or Florence were of no use to us and we had alot of trouble finding the initial Le Boscarecce sign in Castelfiorentino.From then on we had no problem. Please add directions from Pisa to your site.

The hosts were fantatic and went out of their way to help us even booking hair appointments for us and explaining in italian what we needed. A note to tell clients booking tues night stays that the restaraunt is closed on tues would be useful.

Fantastic.Sublime food, the best in a five Italian trips.Staff could not be more knowledgable or helpful.So relaxing.Fresh fruit from the garden for breakfast. I have already handed out several brochures to family and friends.

There is more than one traffic light in Castelfiorentino and street names would be an advantage.
