We collected the keys in Cortona. Cortona is 2,000 feet above sea level with a very winding road up to it. I suffer frm vertigo and had dificulty in reaching Cortona. The staff were very helpful at all times and they helped me reach Cortona. Suggestion : leave the keys some where in Cammucia. ... No ... Good value, friendly staff, well worth a visit - must visit recommendation!

The residence was very nice but we felt not very well equipped. We bought glasses as there were only 3 and as it was very hot it would be sensible to provide fans for the bedrooms. It would be of more benefit if in each residence there was an ironong board and iron and ideally a washing machine,dishwasher especially as they seem to be catering for families.We thought the setting was beautiful but overall the residences were very basic for the money. ... Please see above comments ... Beautiful setting, ideal location for exploring the main sights but very basic. Our three nights at the hotel san michelle was excellent.
