The description on your web site makes it sound like the Hotel is actually closer to the walls of Siena, then it actually is; it is quite a walk, about 1.5 KM.

Our 4 day stay was delightful. Breakfast was excellent especially the pastries and cafe latte. The restaurant downstairs was super. We ahd 3 evening meals there and each night everything was superb.
Having the internet was an added bonus for staying in touch with home.

Very convenient for tourists with cars who want to use it as a base for going to surrrounding areas i.e Voterra, San Gimignano, Cortona.

A lovely hotel with wonderful staff who can't do enough to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff provided lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit and we were so glad we took their advice.
We would definitely stay here again!

It is unfortunate that the hotel does not have an elevator. If you have alot of bags and you have a family that is a bit of an inconvenience to the 3rd floor.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The shower in the washrooms are extremely small.It was nice waking up in the morning to have your breakfast on the outdoor terrace.

From the hotel it is about 15 minutes and then another 15 minutes to piazza del campo. Also you should include that the city bus is easy to take and only cost 1 euro. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent and the hardwood floors throughout the halls and rooms look very nice.

Very nice hotel, a good value for your money in an excellent location. I would recommend it to a friend. It is family friendly with a small children's play area in the back.

Was just as expected and staff helpful, friendly and accomodating.
We were unable to get a table in the resturant for the evening meal -would have been helpful to have been warned that reservations were important.

We really enjoyed having Internet capability!!

The major thing we did not realize was that it was quite a ways from the city center. Also the buses were confusing although we eventually worked it out. But it was a very nice hotel with nice accomodations and once we worked out how to get into the city, we were fine.

We did not get a double bed, we got two singles.
All the staff were very friendly.

The room was pleasant but small, with no real place to sit (and tiny TV).

Positive - within striking distance of Siena city while having parking available.
Positive - excellent breakfast in pleasant sun porch, plus good restaurant downstairs.
Negative - not realistically walkable to Siena (30 mins) given the amount of walking you do once inside the city walls.
Negative - room too small to hang out in.
...
Pleasant, friendly, good place to sleep, excellent breakfast, don't expect to spend time hanging out in the room (it's not big enough).
