We arrived about 2:00 AM as our flight was very late, so I had concerns. But the taxi driver was wonderful, and I was pleased to see that someone was available to welcome us. We had a little trouble finding the exact location of the hotel as the signage and building number were not too visable at night. The taxi driver had to get out of the car and ask someone for the exact location. ... I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, the beds and the bathroom since I had heard that most accommodations in Europe are very small. The bathroom was the same size as one of my bathrooms at home and the room was quite spacious. Everything was so clean too. We felt very comfortable at the 'Yes' hotel. I would stay there again and I have already recommended it to my travel agent in Canada. ... The receptionist was very gracious and helped us book a taxi for a trip to Civitavecchia so we could board our ship for the cruise. She even negotiated a reasonable price for us. We felt that we had been well taken care of throughout our stay at this hotel. ... Since the hotel sign (which is very artistic)is placed flat against the outside wall of the hotel, perhaps a photograph of the entrance displaying the sign would be helpful. As I mentioned, we arrived in the early hours of the morning and it was not immediately obvious as to which doorway on the street was the entrance to the hotel. ... Absolutely perfect - great price; lovely interior; large room and bathroom; exceptionally clean; friendly, courteous and professional staff; excellent breakfast; close to the train station and city tour buses, located in a safe area. I would definitely stay there again.
