The Breakfast was very poor and need more varities of food.

Better location map.It's very confusing as the dirictions are from the Termini main exit,whereas most guests leave from the sub exit-where the Airport's train stops-.

Initialy we were put in a gorgeous spacious room. We were delighted. Then at 6.30am the following day we were awakened by work on a builing sites on both sides of our room!!! Not very pleasant, it meant we were tired for the whole day. The staff were very helpful and moved us straight away and the rest of our stay was great but that intial hiccup was all too easy to avoid. They shouldn't have put us in that room to begin with!!!

Finding the hotel initially is vey tricky it's only denoted by a plaque on the wall which leaves you walking up and down the street with your baggage!!

Quirky... A pretty hotel that seems like a work in progress. some of the fittings werent finished ie. some light fittings. Staff were lovely, the decor was lovely and I would stay here again

We arrived very late at night and the front door of the hotel is only marked by a small brass plate on the wall in a dimly lit road.

Not made aware of any arrangements available for internet connections in the room as stated and the availability of satellite channels on the tv was very limited
...
The only real problem was that the main entrance was difficult to locate, particularly problematic late at night when the front door is closed
...
Good accommodation easily accessible to the main station and most of the main sites in Rome

from 9 a.m. to about 5.30 it was very loud in our room, because construction work was going on over us; this was very disturbing
