Overall pleased with the the reception staff. I found the twin room quite small. ... The hotel reception and breakfast were nice. ... This was fine. One our party had the misfortune of being pickpocketed, and I found reception staff very helpful with contact numbers for the Police and Embassy. ... The main issue I would have is that you should warn tourists, that pick pockets operate all over Rome, especially in the Train Station and buses. They need to be extra careful of their personal belongings.
