It's a wonderful boutique hotel. Its proximity to the Via Veneto makes it all the more valuable. On a par with all the higher priced and better known hotels that grace this part of Rome.

I'd refer a friend in a moment, and I'd tell them to ask for the room we stayed in, for its size and value.

The hotel was very pleasant, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
A couple of things that would have made it a perfect stay are as follows:
Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room.
Our room was very clean and tidy but was right at the end of the corridor next to a linen cupboard/storarage room. Whereas the staff did not make excessive noise by talking loudly etc. there was some early morning noise generated as they went about there normal duties. I think the room we were allocated would benefit from sound proofing.

Very helpful - organised a taxi and recovered my wife's coat for her that she had left in the room.

Quiet and sedate hotel staffted by very friendly and helpful people.

In a very elegant area of Rome. Close to the center, but not in the middle of the noisy traffic.
A very elegant hotel visited as much by the tourists as by business men.
Very convenient and cosy.

We found the staff to be polite, but not overly friendly. The hotel had a very subdued atmosphere.
One person in our group noted that there was a strictly male staff throughout the hotel and wodered why there were no females employed with the exception of the housecleaning staff.

The hotel in general was better that I expected. The rooftop restaurant and bar was very quiet and comfortable with a nice view.
It was quite hot during our stay in Rome and the hotel did not have sufficeint air circulation system in the rooms or throughout the hotel. This made for uncomfortable sleeping at night.

The location was good for us. We found it to be just on the outskirts of a very nice area of town. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel from the many sites we visited.

Nice hotel, clean, good location, very quiet. The atmosphere of the hotel was a bit on the 'stuffy' side.

Specifically requested a double bed in a double room as cannot bear single beds - got two twin beds pushed together. Asked for a double bed on arriving in room and perhaps misunderstanding in what we requested got another room identical with twin beds together. Did see other rooms with double beds (when maid cleaning) but decided not to pursue this as hotel super and bed not too uncomfortable

Our room was not spacious and very little cupboard space - felt a bit cramped but as a base to explore Rome it was perfect, the location, the service and there was a certain sort of 'magic' in the hotel which soon diminished any longing for a larger room!

Staff were excellent, very helpful and efficient - despite there being about 30 people on a tour either arriving or leaving - the staff were wonderful

Don't know if you mentioned the smallish rooms or if saw on another website - should be included as could avoid disappointment. Other than that the location is superb - could promote the location as on an easy bus route and quieter although only 2 min walk to restaurants etc.

Charming, friendly, efficient, quaint and perfect location for exploring Rome. We would definitely return to the same hotel

My reservation was mixed up with someone else's- the room was not at all satisfying the first night, and the next night was better.

The room on the first night was disappointing and left a bad impression. Other nights were better.
