We had a delightful stay. The only complaint is that we were not aware that this was an apartment building that had rooms available for rent. We kept looking for a sign that said Vatican Suites and nobody in the area had heard of it. As a result, we had a bit of difficulty finding the place. Once we found it and checked in everything was great.

Arrival was very easy and clear. Could not wish for more.

The 'tea/coffee making facilities' was really a full kitchen/kitchenette complete with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a sink, dishes and so on. We expected this to be an electric coffee machine and a water heater on the room's table.

Checking out was even easier than checking in - we just had to leave the key on the kitchen table and close the door behind us. And that was all.

The 'tea/coffee making facilities' should be advertised as a 'kitchenette', at least (maybe even a kitchen). Otherwise the information is adequately correct.

The Vatican Suites was even more than we expected it to be. The subway stop is on the other side of the same block and everything else is quite near as well: the distances to the Spanish steps and the old town are walkable (not to mention to the neighbouring St. Peter's Cathedral and the Vatican Museums).
The 'tea/coffee making facilities' advertised on the page turned out to be a kitchen(ette) complete with a refrigerator (you should buy few liters of water here...), a stove, an oven, a sink, dishes, coffee pot and so on. That really was a positive and handy surprise.
The Vatican Suites is a very good (and also decently priced) place to stay in. I really recommend it!

We arrived in Rome via train whereupon we were robbed. When we arrived at the hotel we could not pay as agreed They were very understanding and allowed us to settle the next day after we had gone to the bank.

I would recommend this place to anyone who asked for my opinion. I intend to use this location for any further visits.

Muy cerca del Vaticano, genial, justo al lado del metro Ottaviano, la habitación limpísima, muy ordenado y nuevo, ni una voz. Si volvemos a Roma, repetimos sitio, zona tranquila y nosotros hicimos mucho andando, por conocer, pero en metro bien, incluso en bus.

We enjoyed our stay.
There was not someone there to meet us on our arrival.This was probably due to our flight taking off 30 mins ahead of schedule,
and David had arranged to meet us at 22.00hrs. However perhaps the flight arrival time should be checked (for lateness also).
Luckily our very helpful taxi driver used his
mobile phone to make contact with David.

We would have hoped for our booked 2 rooms would have been the two adjoining rooms.

We were concerned that the maid wanted us to leave the appartment at 09.15 which is very early compared to ALL other appartments we have had in Rome. Normally it is 10.00 which
gives time for breakfast at the nearby cafe.

Nicely positioned for metro and St Peters
and the corner cafe & restaurant along Scipioni is very good.

Almost no water pressure in the shower.
And the shower head was broken so it could not be hung.
Otherwise, everything was great. We would like to stay at the Vatican Suites again on our next trip.
The location was so convenient, being close to the metro & the Vatican & not too far a walk from a bus stop. There was a fabulous bakery just 2 blocks away and a very special wonderful restrauant just 3 blocks away.

The rooms were clean,comfortable and very well located. It wasn't like staying at a hotel, more like staying at an apt.in Rome. Very nice.

Hotel was not hard to find, but would be better if 'Vatican Suites' was placed on the outside buzzer. Reception was quite friendly and accomodating.

Location is very convenient to the subway and to the Vatican, but street was very noisy at night.

We were not sure as to where at first we were but after we were able to talk to David everything was straightened out. We thought that we had 2 bedrooms, but the location was very good.

As we stated we were mistakened as to our room but we thought the location was as expected.

The guy that was there to clean the rooms was excellent and we wish to thank him very much as to helping us as I was pick pocketed on the metro and he let us use his cell phone and did not want anything for the use as we tried to give him something for the time and effort. Please thank him for us again

The place is very nice and clean and in a very good location to every where like the metro, Vatican and David was very helpful as to how to get anywhere.

We had to wait about 1/2 hour before someone came to meet us.

The reviews I read mentioned a kitchen/ette, but the only thing available was a kettle and small fridge. This was a bit disappointing.
This was labelled a B&B but there was no breakfast provided. This should be called something else.
The bathroom is a bit moldy.

When we were met on arrival, the lady took our money and gave us the key and we never saw her again.

A bit disappointing with no breakfast. Clean, quiet room. Bed not too bad. Bathroom a bit moldy and the towels smelled strange. Great location to the Vatican and subway, shopping.
