The description for finding the bus stop after taking off the metro was not clear enough. The matro has several exits and I have not found the Mc Donalds.
Otherwise it was OK.
The receptionist was polite and perfect, thanks !!!!

There is a lot of noise after 10 p.m. and before 7 a.m.
Groups are arriving and departing with pulling bagages on the stairs !!! Very noisy every bump on the stairs downstairs.
The room was very litle, not spacious enough.
Breakfast and the historic building, surranding was beautiful !!!

This is a very good,clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast was really over the average of the most hotels in Italy.If you want a hotel which is not in the center of Rome, it's really the best in its class!

Around the hotel, there is a wonderful, quiet garden.The bus station is only 50m away from the hotel.The rooms are very clean and quiet. The towels were changed each day.Also the breakfast was great and there was a very friendly and helpful staff.It was a wonderful stay!!!

GOOD FOR SPACE OF PARK AROUND THE HOTEL, THAT INCLUDE PARKING OF CAR. VERY SIMPLE THE ROOM. TO MUCH EXPENSIVE THE PRICE IF COMPARED OF HOTEL.

You may want to advise the client that is booking the hotel that they do not offer assistance to the rooms and that there are no elevators so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs alone and that the rooms are not connected to the main building but located outside in other areas.

1. There was a large distance between restuarant, room and lounge. It better if they are connected by a closed corridor.
2. Any water flowing in the bathroom used to enter inside the room.
3. The room was very dingy. No place to move around the bed. Also, no view of any kind was possible through the window.

The Web Site should include the availability of a shuttle service to the airport. That would have been useful to know in advance of my arrival.

A little far out, perhaps, but the bus system worked well and getting to and from the hotel was not complicated.

Bathrooms sub-standard, mold evident between
tiles, some plumbing repair and maintenance
necessary, showers poor and shower curtains
soiled and in need of replacement! Poor
showere stall design. However, the cleaning
staff were extrememly diligent and very
wiling to please when addtional towels, etc,
were needed.

Staff were efficient for an early check out
of 4:30 am on May 24th. Wake up call at 4:
00 am was on time, clerk was helpful and
ordered a taxi. The taxi company contacted
for this trip to the airport should be
discontinued. Terrible drive to airport!!
Excessive speeds 170-180 Km/hr! Totally
unnecessary!!! For this reason, I will not
choose to book with this hotel again!

The room was very small, the beds were cots with a worn mattress instead of a box spring and mattress, twice we needed to call for toilet paper, the shower opening was approx. 18 inches (only one of us could take a shower). We do realize our size is not your fault, but it wasn't a positive experience.

The restraunt was a pleasant atmosphere but the food was horrible.

The cost was too high for such a small room. We would only stay there again if the hotel cost was greatly reduced.

Rooms small, double bed way too little e.g. not enough space for two grown ups.
Corridors and stairs very noisy.

Bill was not correct, + 70 euro's.
It took staff more than 20 minutes to produce a new bill with the correct amount.
No excuses .......

Small rooms, small beds.

Don't go, find something else!
