Great location a short walk to the Colluseum and other tourist spots.We stayed in a front room and with the douldle glazed windows stoped all excess street noise.Room was spacious and clean-very happy.While we were staying there they were renovating another front room that looked great.It would be available now.
They were also very helpfull with things to do and directions.

We had a very attractive room in the front for
the first two nights, then had to move to
another room for the next three nights because
the first one was promised to somebody else.
The second room was a lot less attractive,
because it had no windows (except in an acove
for a third person and that overlooked a small
arrea with a shed and a number of airco's.

Ask for a room at the front of the house!
Apart from that, the rooms are fine, with nice
modern furniture, relatively quiet, and the
location is very good. A lively, mixed and up
and coming neighbourhood and near to the
underground. For people used to a sof
mattress: the beds are pretty hard!

We stayed in the flat which consists of bathroom, bedroom, living room/kitchenette.
It was good to have the choice to eat in or out. The property was very clean and very quite. We were within walking distance of most of the attractions and the bus stop for the vatican was less than 5 mins walk away. Overall excellent, no complaints and I would stay here again.

Clean, spacioius, close to a most of the main attractions, bus stop and tourist bus tours. Would stay again.

They do not accept credit cards for the flat. The voucher stated otherwise. We were not told of this until the day of checkout. It was difficult to get that much cash at the last moment.

Dinner and massage recommendations were not so good. Espresso bar and gelatto down the street were excellent.

Excellent. Nice kitchenette. Incredibly quiet and comfortable. View of Coliseum out the windows (which were also very noise proof). The bed was VERY hard; it needs a memory foam pad. Very nice managers and staff.

The Town House Suite Sunset was a great
value, close to sites of interest, had clean
comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. We

We were delighted with the information that
Anna provided to us about getting around Rome
and local places to eat.

The only problem we had was we couldn't work
out how to operate the TV set (and I'm a
technical supervisor in a film/TV company!),
but that wasn't a high priority as we were out
most of the time anyway, so didn't even bother
asking about it.

Very convenient & quiet enough location,
especially great to visit old Rome's
