We were checked in very quickly and efficiently.

A very very well located hotel, reasonably upmarket, very clean, modern, well-decorated and with excellent service...but not necessarily a 'hotel de charme' which is what a lot of our friends look for.
Excellent for people who want to get out and see the city. The sort of hotel my American friends would love. My English friends are often looking for something a bit more 'authentic' but luxurious all the same.

This a noisy location although a great location for seeing much of Rome. Our room was on the street and we could not sleep the first night. Earplugs hleped after that!
Breakfast is great! Free internt use was nice and several staff were exceptionallyhospitable.

I had requested twin beds. I found a double bed but it was quickly changed to twin beds.

The hotel was wonderful. The only slight drawback is limited room service which I thought should be more extensive considering room rates. Otherwise the hotel was excellent and service wonderful

That room service is limited. Elevator was out of service twice during my 5 day stay.

when we booked the rooms, we have specified that we wanted quiet rooms.The Hotel confirmed the rooms booked are very quiet because not on the street but facing back. Nonetheless, our rooms faced the street and despite the double windows, there were not so quiet!!!

A very charming hotel, with helpful and polite staff, well placed in the town to visit museums, near the piazza di Spagna and its beautiful boutiques for shopping and near very good restaurants.

We would highly recommend it. The location is ideal for seeing the sights and accessing the subway line, the staff was extremely helpful with making travel/tour/sightseeing arrangements, and the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean.

The receptionist on duty when we checked on was not the friendliest of souls, but all of the other receptionists that we encountered during our stay were extremely friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was different was that there was carpet on the floors, and we thought that all of the rooms had wood floors.

The room was fairly small and although it contained a double bed I would have classed it as a single sized room. It was however very clean. I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in a 4 star room but there was just a mini bar. The concierge service wasn't good as they recommended a terrible local restaurant.

The Stenhal is a beautifully designed new hotel conviniently place for sightseeing around Rome. Rooms are small but nicely decorated and appointed. Luxurious decor without the fussy frills. Make sure you research restauant locations before you go as there is not one in the hotel itself and the reccomendations we got from the consierge were questionable!

Everything was great. We were VERY happy. The room was lovely and very clean, the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.
The only complaint could be that the rooms have a lot of noise from the street -- they face a very busy road.

Rome is a difficult place to drive at the best of times, perhaps a more detailed set of directions should be supplied.

I believe that more detail should be paid to the parking facility and the charges associated with this.
