Absolutely fantastic - the lady helped us a lot by allowing us to check out late. We were really impressed by the service and helpfulness of the lady on the last day of our stay (unfortunately I don't have her name, but she was great) ... Good location, very central. Room is basic, but the staff is great.

Receptionist booked taxi for 6am instead of 7am. We told the taxi to leave, he told them to wait. Consquently the taxi cost us 20 euro extra for waiting time. Very unprofessional behaviour from the hotel.

Staff were very keen to help ... It was great to be able to buy water at the reception at a very good rate. The hotel would be difficult to get to without the lift. The room were comfortable and clean. Good to have seen the photos before arriving as it would have been tricky to find. ... Check-out was not a problem and again the staff were very helpful. ... The children were made to feel welcome as well as the adults in our party. ... Great value place to stay, but in the summer it could be hot in the rooms without airconditioning. Centrally located for Forum and Coloseum.
