Very courtious staff, checking in took no less then 5 min.

Excellent good rooms for a euopean 4 star hotel. The staff also aided me on the best way to get down town to see the sights, they saved me alot of time and money.

I had actually checked out a day early and was to rush back to work immediately. The hotel staff was able to quickly get a shuttel to the airport, but when I had gotten there I had missed my flight. When I arrived back at the hotel, I told them what had happened. The gave me back the room at no extra charge, the staff at the front desk even gave me a espresso on the house to cheer my up.

I lovely hotel, that balances comfort and acessability to the city, with economical prices. The hotel staff are among the best I have ever encountered. If want to goto Rome you must stay at the Roma Park.

We had to get a Taxi which we were charged 70e per car and there were 3 cars. It was abit expensive. Some form of transport would have been nice. Other than that check-in was grand.

The Grounds were smaller than what we thought and so was the hotel. It also dosen't have a residence which opens late or was fully stocked.We did get the impression that there was a restuarant in the hotel which there is not only a breakfast area, the hotel staff gave us directions to a lovely restuarant 10min walk away. Other than that very clean and comfortable

You should let people know that for good nightlife you need to go into the city centre, there is very little around that area.
The hotel staff were lovely but they did not have very good english which can be abit confusing for both concerned

A quaint hotel in a quiet part of Roma. Beautifull views over the park and within walking distance of bus or metro transport to city centre.
Very little nightlife but nice for a peaceful night sleep

The hotel and staff were as expected, BUT I would advise friends against staying at the hotel because of the noise levels, not caused by traffic (that's to be expected in Rome) but because of the terrible noise made by groups of (mainly American) young people who entered the hotel at 1 am and kicked up a lot of noise and because of groups of oriental travellers who left early in the morning (betrween 6 and 7) ans again made lots of noise in the court of the hotel. At the same time heavy Diesel engines of coaches were kept running as well. As we were staying on he third floor we were also woken up by heavy talking and singing by staff on the top (fourth) floor who prepared the breakfast room there, again after 6 in the morning!
We alerted staff about noise levels one evening, after twelve, but it took some time for them to move groups to their rooms.
A pity for suich a nice hotel with such a lot of potential. To me it reminded me of my youth hostel days!
