The instructions indicated that we should walk to piazza dei cinquecento and then further instructions when infact.
If you face the platforms of the termini turn left and walk out of the station and VIA MARSALA is across the road and first left.
We actually came by train from the airport.

The gentleman on reception was brilliant.Directed us to a family restraunt.
we had our two grand sons with us and they were so good that they said it was the thing they remembered.Clients should be aware that at this time of year it is crowded. we had been before so we just walked around the places.

We had the same man at check out and he siad just leave our bags behind reception.
The only thing we would have liked was a softer bed.
Other than that an exelent time.

Reception desk was particularly welcoming and responded well to our lack of the Italian language.
The room was clean and adequate but an off centre toilet seat should have been attended to.(It was not worth complaining about. It is a small point.)
Overall the service was good and we we would consider using the hotel or a similar one again
...
Minor item. The request that toilet paper should not be put into the toilet might disconcert some people. Perhaps a general reference to this requirement in the city would prepare guests.

The situation is excellent. Being close to the Termini it is readily found not only on arrival but at the end of a day when retracing your steps can be confusing in the dark.We found no difficulty walking everywhere from the hotel and enjoying the sights as we walked along- and we were walking to the Protestant Cemetary and beyond to St Anselms to attend a service with Gregorian chants as well as visiting the more popular sights.

after a lot of searching we found some of the best, authentic restaurants located within 5 minutes of the hotel,walking away from the termini

I FELT COMFORTABLE TO STAY AT YOUR HOTEL.
HOTEL IS GOOD LOCATION BECAUSE OF VERY CLOSER FROM TERMINI.

adequate accommodation, easy to find, close to sation and tourist information, also the internet cafe next door is very cheap and has very nice staff
