The accommodations were very nice, orderly and clean. Nico, the manager/owner was very nice and helpful with information on the surroundings and places to see and at which to eat. His staff was wonderful to the extent of suppling us with breakfast even though we were significantly late in arising the first morning due to 'jet lag.' I recommned this property as comfortable, well located and reasonably priced.

Amazingly clean bathroom..after some of the public ones we used in Rome during the day it was wonderful to have a hot, powerful shower in a clean bathroom! Probablt one of the best I have ever had in a city B & B anywhere!
A bit of a distance from the sites if you are walking however clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a lovely time

Room was very small, but for the price and location it worked well for us. Was within a reasonable walking distance (15 to 20 minutes)to many of the sites in ancient Rome and the Vatican.

People should be clear that the property is on the fourth floor of an appartment/condo style building. This is not a stand alone property.

We were not expecting to have our party split
up. The venue was smaller then expected, but

Our room was VERY small. There was absolutely no furniture available (no dressers, no bedside table with drawers, no wardrobe) to use for unpacking our bags. We had to keep all of our things in our bags and the room was so small it was difficult to work with our bags. It was very inconvenient and frustrating.
