We weren't sure that we'd arrived at the hotel. It wasn't obvious from the exterior of the building and I actually made a phone call from outside the building to check we were in the right place.

I din't expect three flights of stairs. With luggage any heavier, I would have been unhappy, however we were greeted part-way up by the receptionist, who carried the bag for us.

Can't make a comment about check-out, we left early in the morning to catch our flight, so had to leave the keys behind. We also paid for a breakfast we didn't eat.

Very pleasant. I would recommend it for someone needing to stay centrally, though not for a long time. It was quite cramped.

My heavy bag was carried upstairs without complaint on arrival however, were I arriving out of reception hours, I never would have managed the many stairs on my own.

Don't be seduced by extra TV channels unless you love BBC. This hotel is very difficult to find, the street is narrow and a bit scary at night (I was staying alone), there is no sign just a typed 'Rezidenza Ki' and emergency phone no. next to intercom buttons.

Staff were late the morning I needed to check out, breakfast was not ready. Luckily they arrived as I was leaving and I was very grateful they carried my (heavy) bag down the two flights of stairs.

Close to major road into Traforo Tunnel so room was noisy despite closing window & shutter. No lift though staff helped with baggage. No reception after 6/8pm until 7/8pm.

Would not recommend. I was influenced by the good location but found most things in Rome are within walking distance no matter where you stay. My room opened directly into the tiny dining room/reception area, Not very private really & no atmosphere at all. Room clean & comfortable. Shower very small. Restaurant recommended next door unfriendly and over priced. Juice & Toaster (no bread, no plates, no cutlery) in breakfast room 24/7 but no tea making facilities.

Gigi was fantastic and very helpful with carrying our luggage up the 3 flights and letting us store our luggage there before out room was available and after we checked out since out train didn't leave yet. We were very happy with our stay and location.

I felt that it was too much money for what I got. It was basic, no luxury. I did not even get a hair dryer which I requested.
The breakfast was just OK and the coffe very weak.

The location is very good. Easy walking to the Trevi Fountain area and the Spanish Steps area. Good location for a single person travelling because you do not have to take any public transport to get around the city. Several good restaurants on the sreet too.
