The staff was very cordial, helpful,and
welcoming.

The room was small, but adequate for one
person. It was always clean, and the
bathroom was modern and sparkling. The room
was also well-appointed.

The dining room is small, so it is not
always possible to sit during breakfast.
The staff is very courteous and can get you
a cab within 5-7 minutes. You can also walk
to the Termini train station from there, and
to nice shops.

The Hotel Patria is modest, but a great
value for staying in Rome. The staff is
always helpful and polite. The hotel is
centrally located and you can walk to shops,
restaurants, and the Termini. The street
can be a bit noisy at night, the hotel
windows block out the sound nicely. I would
stay there again.

I actually had two bookings (10 to 14 oct, and 15 oct separately). They were able to handle it as one stay, which simplified matters for me considerably.

It is one street from the very busy Piazza de la Republica, but you don't hear much street noises inside the room.

The room was very small for a double room.We thought all the rooms were the same but we noted the next morning when the maid was cleaning the rooms opposite on the 4th floor the rooms were much bigger than ours,we had to keep a lot of our clothes in our suitcase.If we had known this in advance we would have requested a larger room.This was not mentioned in the original descripion of double standered rooms.we were in room 408 on the 4th floor.

Apart from being disapointed in the size of the room ,which was really a single,everything else was as advertised.

The room was verry small, and the aircondition was not strong inaf. The shower-cabine is verry yerry small. The food at breakfast was realy terible. One time in the morning it was not space to site down. on my next stay in Rome i would go to a other hotel. Best regards. Gerald Hopfer
